The home of Hungarian architecture.
The former home of Rózsi Walter and her family, a residence built according to the designs of József Fischer and Eszter Pécsi, is a unique architectural monument of Budapest and at the same time is the only Modern villa that can be visited by the public in Hungary.
From May 18, 2022, the Walter Rózsi villa awaits its visitors as the first permanent exhibition space of the Hungarian Architecture Museum and Monument Protection Documentation Center.
Workshop space: The exhibition spaces on the ground floor of the former building of the BM Hospital opened to visitors as Műhelytér from June 2023. Temporary exhibitions can be viewed with a free registration ticket available at the ticket office of the Walter Rózsi Villa. To enter, ask our colleagues at the villa for help.
